Hello, my name is Santosh Paudel, and I am from Makawanpur, Nepal. I have been living in Qatar since 2019. I hold a high school diploma in commerce from Makwanpur Multiple College and have completed a six-month basic computer course.

I bring over 7 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and for the past year and a half, I have been working as a restaurant supervisor. My experience spans various roles, including barista, cashier, and waiter, which has given me a well-rounded skill set and the ability to adapt to different aspects of the restaurant business. 

I am passionate about learning new things and enjoy sharing my knowledge with others. I believe in continuous growth, both personally and professionally, and I look forward to contributing my skills and experiences to your team.

नमस्कार, मेरो नाम सन्तोष पौडेल हो र म मकवानपुर, नेपालबाट आएको हुँ। म २०१९ देखि कतारमा बस्दै आएको छु। मैले मकवानपुर बहुमुखी कलेजबाट वाणिज्य शास्त्रमा उच्च हासिल गरेको छु र ६ महिनाको आधारभूत कम्प्युटर कोर्स गरेको छु। 

मैले आतिथ्य सत्कार क्षेत्रमा सात वर्षभन्दा बढीको अनुभव हासिल गरेको छु, र म गत डेढ वर्षदेखि रेस्टुरेन्ट सुपरवाइजरको रूपमा काम गर्दैछु। मेरो अनुभवमा बारिस्ता, क्यासियर, वेटर लगायतका भूमिका समावेश छन्, जसले मलाई राम्रो कौशल सेट प्रदान गरेको छ र म रेस्टुरेन्ट व्यवसायका विभिन्न पक्षहरूलाई प्रभावकारी रूपमा गर्न सक्षम छु।

Speaking about my experience, I have two years of experience working as a kitchen helper. Regarding my education, I have completed my 10th-grade education. Additionally, I have completed a six-month basic computer course.  Regarding my hobbies, I enjoy watching movies and learning new things.

मेरो नाम सन्तोष पौडेल हो र म २७ वर्षको भय। म हेटौंडा, नेपालमा बस्छु। मेरो परिवारमा मेरा बुवा-आमा, मेरी श्रीमती, एक छोरी र म छु। मेरो अनुभवको कुरा गर्दा, मैले किचन हेल्परको रूपमा दुई वर्षको अनुभव हासिल गरेको छु।  मेरो शिक्षाको कुरा गर्दा, मैले १० कक्षा उत्तीर्ण गरेको छु।साथै, मैले ६ महिने आधारभूत कम्प्युटर कोर्स गरेको छु।

I am thankful to my previous organization because I have learned a lot from there. Change is necessary for everyone to enhance their skill, knowledge, financial growth, and personal growth. Your company is a good platform where I can learn more.

How do you handle customer complaints? How do you react to this situation? How do you solve the problem?

Malaysia is the fastest-growing country in the world. In Malaysia, I can find numerous opportunities to showcase my talent. That’s the reason I want to go to Malaysia.
मलेसिया संसारको सबैभन्दा छिटो विकसित हुँदै गरेको देश हो। मलेसियामा मैले मेरो प्रतिभा प्रदर्शन गर्न धेरै अवसरहरू पाउन सक्छु। यही कारण म मलेसिया जान चाहन्छु।

I find it challenging to say no to new tasks or responsibilities, which can lead to an overwhelming workload. I'm focusing on learning how to set boundaries and manage my time more effectively.
मलाई नयाँ काम वा जिम्मेवारीहरूलाई 'नाइँ ' भन्न गाह्रो लाग्छ, जसले गर्दा कहिलेकाहीं धेरै कामको बोझ पर्ने गर्छ। म सीमा निर्धारण गर्न र आफ्नो समय प्रभावकारी रूपमा व्यवस्थापन गर्न सिक्दै छु।

I sometimes overthink decisions, which can delay action. However, I'm working on becoming more decisive by trusting my judgment and taking calculated risks.
कहिलेकाहीं म निर्णयहरू लिन धेरै सोच्दछु, जसले गर्दा कार्यमा ढिला सुस्ती हुन सक्छ। तर, म आफ्नो निर्णयमा सोचविचार गरेर जोखिम उठाएर बढी निर्णायक बन्न काम गरिरहेको छु।
